Food: Chicken eggrolls

Location - my kitchen

It's a Tuesday night and I decided to make chicken eggrolls. My son thinks something special is going on since I don't like to cook food that takes too much prep time on weeknights but I am doing that right now!

Here's a pic of half of the eggrolls I made. I use ground chicken instead of the usual Asian meat - pork!
