Food: Rice Rolls

From my kitchen :D

Over the weekend, I had ground pork and didn't know what to make.

I checked the cabinets and found tapioca flour and some cake flour and decided to make it. The hardest part is of course, the shell! Just trying to get it perfect!!

It is quite an easy dish to make, very time consuming. It took me nearly 3 hours to wrap up everything and use all the meat.

The pic below is only 1/3 of the rice rolls I made since hubby and the kids were eating it when I was making it.
