As quickly as I gained the weight

I lost it!

As I stepped on the scale this morning, I panicked.

I lost those two pounds that I complained earlier.

Oh My Freaking Goodness.

I didn't eat any rice. Did that contribute to the weight gain?

Anyhow, I am happy! Definitely no rice this weekend.

It's probably just water weight. Maybe you should try weighing yourself once a week so as to not have to see the day to day fluctuation? Nevertheless, glad you're happy!
