Food: Chicken Broccoli

Chicken Broccoli



I added red jalepeno to give the food some color

ETA - Red jalepenos are used for color. If I wanted heat, I would just use the green jalepenos since I think once they are red, they are sweeter than "hot." :D

Wow, all these posts are making me hungry... You wouldn't happen to have an amazing recipe for Cambodian amok with fish or tofu, would you..? I've been searching on the web, but haven't been able to find any good ones... I had some seriously delish amok in Siem Reap a few years ago, would love to learn how to cook a veggie version of it at home :)
