Goal!
One of my goals that I set for myself is to be meatless during the weekdays and just eat chicken on the weekends.
I've been successful so far!
Since I want to be meatless at least 5 days a week, eating Indian food is beneficial and very yummy!
I want to learn to make some Indian dishes but until the meantime, I will continue to buy the frozen dishes :D
