One of my goals that I set for myself is to be meatless during the weekdays and just eat chicken on the weekends. I've been successful so far! I had lunch with one of my girl friends today. She wanted to eat Vietnamese. I gave her the name of three Vietnamese restaurants in the area and she chose Pho Mimi.
